9th Annual Historic Springdale Cemetery Tour
Commemorate Peoria’s Role in The Civil War
This year we have all new characters to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Civil War. Meet the local boys who offered their lives to save the Union, hear the stories of officers who lead them to victory, and visit with the folks back home who built soldier hill.
We are also adding two special Friday evening programs Sept 30 and Oct 7 at 6:00pm.
We will host our regular programs on Saturdays and Sundays, Oct 1, & 2, 8, & 9, at 2:00 and 4:00 pm. We are also offering a school date of Thursday Oct 6, at 9:00 am.

I attended the 2:00 pm cemetery walk on October 4, at Springdale Cemetery. I cannot find enough complimentary adjectives to describe my opinion of the performance. How about superb, great, splendid for a few? This was my first walk but I'll be back.... Kathy Friend
